BRIGHT & TIGHT™ is formulated to become a solid when it comes in contact with heat (your body's natural temperature will heat the product and within 5 minutes it will dry on the skin). If you live in a very warm or hot climate and upon receipt of your product no serum is pumping out please put it in your refrigerator for 30-45 minutes at which point it will turn back into a liquid and will be ready for use.
